Mr. Klapmeyer joined the organization in 2007 as an equity investment analyst. He was appointed assistant vice president in 2010. He was appointed vice president in 2014 and senior vice president in 2018.Mr. Klapmeyer had been an associate analyst covering airlines for Prudential Equity Group, LLC from 2006 through 2007. He was an equity analyst for Commerce Bank from 2000 to 2006, where his research responsibilities were focused on electronic and health technologies. Mr. Klapmeyer graduated from Truman State University in 1999 with a BS in Finance and a minor in Economics. Mr. Klapmeyer is a CFA charterholder. Biography Ogden is a Senior Vice Presidentand portfolio manager for Waddell & Reed Ivy Investment Company and Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company. He joined Waddell & Reed in July 1994 as an investment analyst. He was named assistant portfolio manager in January 1999. He was appointed portfolio manager in January 2002. Prior to joining Waddell & Reed, Ogden was affiliated with Arthur Andersen & Company as a senior accountant and business advisor. He is the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography Intagliata is a senior vice president of Waddell & Reed Investment Management. He joined the company in 1973 as a senior investment analyst, and assumed portfolio-management responsibilities in 1979. He is also a member of the company's investment-policy committee and the common-stock-policy committee. Previously, he worked with St. Louis Union Trust Company as a securities analyst from 1966 to 1973. Intagliata is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.
