Investment Strategy

The investment seeks high current income while the adviser attempts to limit changes in the fund's net asset value per share caused by interest rate changes. The fund seeks current income with an emphasis on maintaining low volatility and overall short duration by investing primarily in higher quality, more liquid securities across 14 bond market sectors. It invests at least 80% of its assets in bonds, which are fixed income debt obligations of various types of issuers. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of primarily short-term fixed income securities having an expected dollar-weighted average maturity of three years or less.

Biography	David L. Albrycht, CFA, President and Chief Investment Officer, has served as portfolio manager since 2018 and joined Newfleet in 2011. Mr. Albrycht was Executive Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager with Goodwin Capital Advisers, a former Virtus investment management subsidiary. Mr. Albrycht joined the Goodwin multi-sector fixed income team in 1985 as a credit analyst and has managed fixed income portfolios since 1991.
