The investment objective of the Compartment is to achieve capital appreciation, targeting an average return of more than 3% (net of fees) in excess of the rate of inflation in the United Kingdom (as measured by the United Kingdom Consumer Prices Index), over any 5 year period. To achieve this objective the Compartment will invest directly in the shares of companies (including listed investment trusts, closed-ended real estate investment trusts (REITs), ETFs and other eligible investment company structures depending on the relevant jurisdiction) or units of publicly listed companies traded on stock exchanges in developed markets (meaning North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific) (the "Target Companies") and which engage in infrastructure, renewable energy, and real estate worldwide.

Biography | Nick Scullion is the Head of Foresight Capital Management and is responsible for investment decisions, fund management and the growth of Foresight’s open-ended fund business. Nick joined Foresight in 2017 and has 9 years' experience in fund management, capital markets and corporate finance. Nick spent almost two years in Foresight's New Product Development team where he was responsible for the development of new business undertakings, from concept to execution, across a variety of sectors including infrastructure, private equity, project finance and venture capital. Biography | Jonathon Mershimer, CFA, is a senior analyst on the Driehaus Emerging Markets team with a focus on macro and financial research. His in-depth macro research, idea generation and buy/sell recommendations are leveraged across the strategies managed by the Driehaus Emerging Markets team. Prior to joining DCM in 2020, he worked as a portfolio manager for Dimensional Fund Advisors. In advance of his time at Dimensional Fund Advisors, he worked as a credit trader for Susquehanna International Group. He began his career in fixed income markets at Société Générale as an assistant trader in the special situations group. Additionally, Mr. Mershimer spent his M.B.A. summer as an associate with the leveraged finance group at Wells Fargo. Mr. Mershimer received a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University in 2008 and completed his M.B.A. with a concentration in econometrics/statistics and analytic finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2017. Mr. Carpenter is also the Portfolio Manager for the Adviser’s International Realty strategy.
