Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital growth with reduced volatility over time. The adviser intends to invest primarily in equity securities, but also invests in bonds and money market instruments, as market conditions warrant. Within the Arbitrage Trading area, his responsibilities have included running a variety of trading strategies and serving as the Head of Risk and Strategy for Global Arbitrage Trading.
