Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Company is to provide long term capital growth. The Company aims to achieve the objective by investing directly and indirectly in equities, bonds (government and corporate), money-market instruments, deposits, warrants, cash and near cash. At least 80% of its total assets will be invested in other collective investment schemes (which may include those managed or operated by the ACD or its associates). The Company can invest in any industry, sector or geographic location worldwide. Derivatives may be used but only for Efficient Portfolio Management (EPM) purposes. The investment portfolio of the Company may, at times, be concentrated.
