Biography	Nicholas joined CIBC Asset Management Inc. in September 2012. Nicholas Leach manages high-yield mandates and contributes to the overall high-yield portfolio strategy in terms of country, industry, company and credit quality. He is also responsible for high-yield credit research. Mr. Leach works closely with the team of credit analysts, and is a member of the firm's High Yield Credit Committee. Mr. Leach holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Satish graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics degree. He received his CFA designation in 1990.
