The fundamental investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth. The fund invests primarily in common shares of Canadian and foreign companies. Although the fund typically invests the majority of its assets in Canadian equities, the Portfolio Adviser will invest a significant portion of the fund’s assets in foreign equities in pursuit of opportunities not available in the Canadian market. We do not expect, however, that the fund’s foreign equity holdings will exceed 50% of its net assets for any prolonged period of time.
