Investment Strategy

The investment seeks a high level of current income consistent with prudent investment risk. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in mortgage-related securities. It invests a major portion of its assets in investment-grade securities representing interests in pools of mortgage loans. The fund may invest in government or government-related mortgage loan pools or private mortgage loan pools.

Biography Weber joined MIMLIC Asset Management in 1984 and began managing portfolios for the company in 1990. He is also involved in all advisory client mortgage-related investments for MIMLIC. His investment strategy focuses primarily on bottom-up analysis in order to maintain an all-weather fund that does not emphasize strong bullish or bearish positions. Born June 26, 1961, Weber is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Twin Cities Society of Security Analysts.
