Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to bonds will be done selectively by the fund manager, based on his assumptions, which will take in consideration the recommendations of the BUY SIDE department of Psagot Investment House Ltd., and other criteria set from time to time by the board of directors of the fund manager. 2. Exposure to bonds through Index Products will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 3. In this section Index Products are: Options, and/or futures and/or ETF's, provided that their underlying asset is bond indices.
