The objective of the sub-fund is to offer investors capital growth through a diversified portfolio composed of eligible financial assets such as, in particular, equities, bonds and convertible bonds, money market instruments and any other type of investment, provided, however, the investment is an eligible financial asset for a UCITS governed by Part I of the Law of 2010.

Biography Mr. Hillary founded Roubaix Capital, LLC (“Roubaix”) in May 2015. Mr. Hillary was a founding partner and served as a senior analyst at Independence Capital Asset Partners, LLC since its inception in 2004 through its recent transition to Roubaix. Biography Jim Hillary: Manager, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Independence Capital Asset Partners, LLC since 2004. From 1997-2004, Mr. Hillary was a senior analyst, portfolio manager and partner at Marsico Capital Management (MCM). Between February 2000 and January 2002, Mr. Hillary was the portfolio manager of the 21st Century Fund. Between February 1, 2002 and March 31, 2004 Mr. Hillary was the Co-Manager of all the large-cap products at MCM. Prior to MCM, Mr. Hillary was a partner at the investment firm W.H. Reaves & Co., in Jersey City, NJ where he was an analyst. During the period 1995-1997, Mr. Hillary ran a long-short fund. Prior to joining W.H. Reaves & Co., Mr. Hillary worked for Price Waterhouse. Mr. Hillary has a B.A. degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ and a Law Degree from Fordham Law School, New York, NY.
