Investment Strategy

Nordea AAA Government Bond Fund mainly invests its assets in bonds and other fixed-income instruments issued or guaranteed by governments and other public-sector entities. Moreover, the fund may invest in bonds and other fixed-income instruments issued or guaranteed by banks, insurance companies and supranational institutions. The investment targets have been issued in euros or in other local currencies in the EU area. As for fixed-income instruments in which the fund invests, the long-term credit rating must be at least Aaa/AAA/AAA and the short-term credit rating at least P-1/A-1+/F1+ (Moody’s/ S&P/Fitch) in accordance with the approved international credit rating practice.
