The fund is primarily an equity fund with a global investment universe mainly investing in equities. Depending on market conditions, the fund may invest in euro-denominated fixed-income instruments as well. According to the fund rules, equity investments account for 75-100% and fixed-income instruments for 0-25% of the fund's total net asset value. The fund employs Nordea's own equity investment process in portfolio management. This approach called Stable Return Process is aimed at identifying companies and equities with a stable return and price development and a moderate valuation. When selecting fixed-income instruments, the fund mainly follows a so-called Dynamic Fixed Income Strategy that actively combines different types of fixed income instruments and the return potential offered by them. The fund managers tailor the weightings between equity and interest-bearing investments in accordance with the investment strategy of Nordea Investment Management.
