Investment Strategy

1. At least 75 % of the assets of the Fund will be exposed to bonds of any kind. 2. Fund Manager intends to move between different investment channels of rated corporate bonds, unrated corporate bonds, indexed government bonds, unindexed government bonds, convertible bonds, including bonds or different Maturity dates. 3. The Fund shall not create equity exposure. 4. Foreign currency exposure rate shall not exceed the absolute value of 10% of net asset value of the fund. 5. The Fund may create exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds. 6. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas exchanges will not exceed 10% of the net asset value of the fund. 7. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested at the absolute discretion of the fund manager.
