Investment Strategy

The Fund aims to provide a steady growth of capital over the long-term by giving investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of asset classes in international markets and exposure to various currencies. This fund is Rand-denominated, meaning that the investor need not go through exchange control regulations. Investment to be included in the portfolio will, apart from assets in liquid form and non-equity securities consist primarily of participatory interest or any other form of participation in portfolios of collective investment schemes or other similar schemes operated in territories with a regulatory environment which is to the satisfaction of the Manager and Trustee of a sufficient standard to provide investor protection at least equivalent to that in South Africa. The investment policy of all investments (whether participatory interest or any other type of participation referred to above) will comply with the investment policy of the portfolio
