The Fund’s objective is capital appreciation, measured in Euros. The Fund invests primarily (at least 75%) in European Economic Area equity securities of smaller companies. The European Economic Area includes countries in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Smaller companies are generally those with capitalizations of less than €10 billion. Some of the countries in the European Economic Area, primarily those in Eastern Europe, are currently considered emerging market economies. The Fund may also invest in other European countries. The Fund may invest in companies it believes to have above average earnings growth potential compared to other companies (growth companies), in companies it believes are undervalued compared to their perceived worth (value companies) or in a combination of growth and value companies.
