Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The International Fund normally invests at least 65% of total assets in the equity securities of non-U.S. issuers, which could include emerging market issuers, and may achieve its exposure to non-U.S. securities through investing in American depositary receipts (ADRs). The fund primarily owns common stock or securities convertible into common stock but may purchase other types of securities as long as the investment meets the fund's criteria. It is non-diversified.
