The investment seeks to provide total return. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in bonds. "Assets" means net assets plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 40% of its total assets in countries other than the United States (Non-U.S. Countries) unless the adviser determines, in its sole discretion, that conditions are not favorable.
