Biography	Matthias Siller is Head of Barings’ EMEA Equities Team and Co-Manager of the Barings Eastern Europe Fund and Barings Emerging EMEA Opportunities PLC. Biography	Martin Majdaniuk started his career in 1995 as a junior equity analyst with Nomura Securities in London where his responsibilities included Eastern European equities research. He joined Nordea Investment Management in 1998 as a portfolio manager responsible for European and Emerging Markets, and is currently a member of the European equities team. Martin holds a BA in European Business Studies from Buckingham University Business School in the UK.

Biography	Stuart joined Hexam in 06 from Baring AM where he was Director and portfolio manager in the Emerging Markets team. He joined Barings in 92 and was a key member of the Emerging Europe team between 96-06. He managed the award winning IT, Baring Emerging Europe plc and a segregated institutional product. The IT was constantly top quartile and in 05 winner of Bloomberg Money Glbl IT of the Year and was Highly Commended in the Inv Week IT awards. Stuart holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and is AIIMR qualified.

Biography	Klaus Bockstaller is the lead portfolio manager for the Global Emerging Markets Value strategy, working with John Moorhead and Hugo Bain. Klaus joined Pictet Asset Management in 2009 as co-manager of the Global Emerging Markets Value strategy. In 2011 he assumed lead responsibility for the fund. Before joining Pictet, Klaus was a founding partner of Fleming Family & Partners Capital Management LLP (FCM) managing the FCM European Frontier and the FCM Global Opportunities long/short equity funds.
