Investment Strategy

The sub-fund comprises a selection of Investment Grade rated Euro denominated transferable debt securities, money market instruments and other permitted assets, such as securities issued by or guaranteed by the governments of participating Euro countries, their agencies or instrumentalities and ancillary liquid assets. The portfolio will only invest in investments which have a maximum remaining maturity of 397 days. The average maturity of the portfolio will not exceed 90 days. Variable and Floating Rate Notes will be deemed to mature on the next coupon fixing date. The sub-fund may also invest in financial derivative instruments such as futures, options, swaps and forward currency contracts and in other currency derivatives.
