Investment Strategy

This diversified fund seeks to improve the profitability of a cautious investment by active management of four categories of assets in the Euro Zone. The fund manages its assets via discretionary management, with free rein to invest in equities (up to a maximum of 40% of the fund's assets, including the portion invested in shares of other funds held in the portfolio), bonds and/or money-market products. The fund is able to hold between 5% and 50% of its assets in shares or units of other investment funds. The Fund may enter into forward instruments traded on regulated French and foreign markets or over-the-counter markets.

Biography	MR. SUDRE HAS 9 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN BANKING AND ASSET MANAGEMENT IN EUROPE, HAVING BEEN INVOLVED IN CREDIT AND LEVERAGED FINANCE FOR MOST OF HIS CAREER. MR. SUDRE’S EXPERIENCE IN CREDIT BEGAN BY JOINING NATEXIS BANQUES POPULAIRES’ LEVERAGED FINANCE TEAM IN LONDON, WHERE HE WAS INVOLVED IN EVERY STAGE FROM EARLY DEAL ORIGINATION AND STRUCTURING TO MANAGEMENT OF THE BANK’S PROPRIETARY POSITIONS IN LEVERAGED LOANS FOR THE NORTHERN EUROPEAN REGION. IN FEBRUARY 2005, MR. SUDRE MOVED TO PARIS TO BECOME PORTFOLIO MANAGER OF VALLAURIS CLO, THE ASSET MANAGEMENT UNIT WITHIN NATIXIS CIB THAT OVERSAW TWO €300M CLO FUNDS. HIS RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED ASSET ORIGINATION AND ANALYSIS, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND TRADING, NEW FUND STRUCTURING AND MARKETING. MR SUDRE WAS A MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE. IN JANUARY 2010,MR. SUDRE JOINED ANAXIS TO HEAD THE FIXED INCOME INVESTMENT TEAM. MR. SUDRE OBTAINED A MASTERS DEGREE IN BUSINESS LAW WITH HONOURS FROM THE PARIS II UNIVERSITY (1999) AND GRADUATED FROM THE PARIS BUSINESS SCHOOL (ECOLE SUPÉRIEURE DE COMMERCE DE PARIS) WITH A MAJOR IN FINANCIAL ENGINEERING (2001).
