Investment Strategy

The investment seeks long-term total return while striving to generate current income. Under normal market conditions, the advisor intends to invest at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) in "Infrastructure Investments." Infrastructure Investments include any assets or projects that support the operation, function, growth or development of a community or economy. The fund may invest without limit in Infrastructure Investments in the United States or in foreign countries, including emerging market countries.
