Investment Strategy

This subfund invests primarily in convertible bonds, convertible notes, warrant bonds and similar securities and instruments with warrants and conversion rights issued by public, private and semi-private issuers domiciled anywhere in the world and denominated in any convertible currency. It may supplement these with traditional bonds and with equities and structured products. Investments may be made worldwide, with no restrictions in terms of country or currency. To ensure efficient management of the Fund’s assets, the fund management company may use standardized and non-standardized (customized) derivative financial instruments. It may conclude the transactions on an exchange, another regulated market open to the public or directly with a bank or financial institution acting as counterparty that is subject to oversight and specializes in this kind of transaction (OTC transaction).

Rossitza is a CFA charterholder and holds a master's degree in Economics as well as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Biography	Mr. Bettkober earned his diploma in Business Studies from the University of Tübingen and his diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Berlin. He started his career in 1997 as an investment consultant at Siemens Intelligent Mobile Networks Development. In 1999 he joined Deka Investment GmbH as a fund manager and analyst for Germany's largest Telecom and Technology Fund. In 2002 he became co fund manager for Deka's European Growth Fund and fund manager of the Deka Switzerland Fund. In 2003 he became a senior corporate bond analyst, covering investment grade and high yield telecoms, technology and chemicals.
