Investment Strategy

1. In Accordance with the Fund's agreement and subject to the law, exposure to index-linked bonds issued by the State of Israel and / or guaranteed by, shall not be less than - 75% of the net value of the fund assets. 2. The average duration of the bond portfolio, consisting of assets in section 1 above, will be between 2 to 4 years. 3. The Fund will not create exposure to shares. 4. The Fund will not create foreign currency exposure. 5. The Fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The total value of foreign securities, except options, units of foreign funds and foreign currency held in the fund, plus exposure base asset traded derivatives activities overseas through foreign stock markets, shall not exceed 10% of the net asset value of the fund. 7. The rest of the fund's assets will be invested at the sole discretion of the Fund Manager.
