The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in stocks. Stocks include common stocks and preferred stocks. It typically invests in companies with a minimum market capitalization of $1 billion. The fund normally invests in at least four different countries and at least 65% of its total assets in no fewer than three different countries outside the U.S. The fund may invest in American Depositary Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts, International Depositary Receipts, mutual funds and exchange-traded funds.
