Investment Strategy

The investment seeks total return (consisting of capital appreciation and current income). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in bonds. The investment adviser actively manages the fund's bond market and maturity exposure and credit profile and uses a disciplined process to select bonds and manage risk.
