The investment seeks to provide shareholders with income exempt from Federal income tax and Pennsylvania personal income taxes. The fund invests primarily in a portfolio of long-term investment grade Pennsylvania municipal bonds. Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its assets in Pennsylvania municipal bonds. At least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in investment grade securities. The fund's weighted average maturity will be more than ten years. It is non-diversified.

Mr. O’Connor’s service with the firm dates back to 1991, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006.
