APOLO12 B-1 will invest 100% of its assets in debt instruments, themselves that will have to be long-term (over 3 years), mainly in corporate bonds with credit rating of AA or higher mainly long term and variable rate. A lower percentage, APOLO12 B-1 will also invest in revisable rate instruments issued both by government agencies, banking stock, foreign stock, bonds and certificates of the Treasury (CETES) issued by the federal Government, in structured instruments and derivative instruments, in where in these two last types of instruments, Fund will primarily seek investment of dobertura to sharp movements in interest rates or exchange rates.
