Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to bonds rated A or higher or equivalent rating. 2. Exposure to bonds rated BBB (-BBB, BBB, +BBB) will not exceed 5% 3. The Fund shall not create exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds. 4. The fund will create exposure to credit risk of banking corporates which are included in the first credit risk group only. 5. Duration of the bond portfolio rated A or higher will not be less than 1 year and not more than 4 years. 6. The Fund will not create exposure to equity. 7. Exposure rate to foreign currency assets will not exceed, in absolute value, 10% of net asset value of the fund. 8. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds, tracking- open-end funds whose benchmark is a foreign index or commodity, and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges will not exceed 10%.
