The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity and equity-linked securities of “Indian companies.” Equity securities in which the fund can invest may include common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible securities, rights and warrants to buy common stocks. The Advisor intends to invest in companies of all capitalization sizes.
