SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc - SPDR Barclays 0-3 Year Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of Europe. The fund invests in the fixed-rate Euro denominated corporate bonds issued by industrial, utility, and financial companies and with a maturity of less than three years. It invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays 0-3 Year Euro Corporate Bond Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. SSgA SPDR ETFs Europe I plc - SPDR Barclays 0-3 Year Euro Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on August 27, 2013 and is domiciled in Ireland.
