The fund is managed by ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of India. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the CNX Nifty Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the Index. It was formerly known as ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund - ICICI Prudential Nifty iWIN ETF. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund - ICICI Prudential Nifty 50 ETF was formed on March 20, 2013 and is domiciled in India.
