The Sub-Fund aims to achieve good investment returns in USD. The Sub-Fund's assets shall, in accordance with the principle of risk diversification, be invested mainly in debt instruments such as bonds, notes and similar fixed-income and variable-rate transferable securities denominated in USD, including convertible bonds and warrant bonds as well as asset-backed or mortgage-backed securities (“ABS/MBS”) and issued worldwide by public and/or private borrowers, etc., and short-term debt including debt and money market instruments with similar characteristics to transferable securities. The residual maturities (=anticipated maturity) of the fixed-interest securities and the fixed interest period of the variable-interest securities shall not exceed three years.
