1. At least 90% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to any kind of bonds a/o deposits a/o cash, provided that at least 75% will be exposed to any kind of bonds. 2. Exposure to other channels which are not any kind of bonds traded in Israel will not exceed 25%. 3. The fund manger intends, at his discretion, to participate in issuances of corporate bonds traded in Israel a/o overseas. To act so that from time to time there will be a negative exposure to equities (short). 4. Exposure to equities will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 5. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30%. 6. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 10%. 7. The fund will create exposure only to credit risk of banking corporates which are included in the first credit risk group. 8. The rest of the fund's assets will be invested at the total discretion of the fund manager.
