The Sygnia Money Market Fund is a money market portfolio that seeks to maximise interest income, preserve the portfolio’s capital and provide immediate liquidity. The portfolio shall consist of short-term, highly liquid money market instruments as defined in the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act and applicable legislation, as amended from time to time, with a maturity of less than thirteen months. The weighted average duration of the underlying assets may not exceed ninety days and the weighted average legal maturity may not exceed one hundred and twenty days. The manager may also include interest rate swaps subject to the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act and applicable legislation, as amended from time to time. The portfolio shall be managed to be compliant with Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act, to the extent permitted by the Act.
