The manager will seek to achieve an investment medium for investors, which shall have as its primary objective to obtain as high a level of current income as is consistent with capital preservation and liquidity. Investments to be included will, apart from assets in liquid form, consist solely of participatory interests or any other form of participation in portfolios of collective investment schemes or other similar collective investment schemes. To the fullest extent possible the participatory interests of portfolios of schemes to be included in the portfolio would normally include a selection of participatory interests in portfolios or other forms of participation in similar schemes in US Dollar denominated fixed interest portfolios. Initially, the foreign collective investment schemes to be included in the portfolio will include the following schemes. Fidelity Funds SICAV, Fidelity Funds SICAV II, Fidelity Investment Funds OEIC and Fidelity’s UK Authorised Unit Trusts.
