Investment Strategy

"A) 1. In this section: ""The Index"" - Tel Aviv SE Govt CPI Lnkd 5-10 Y TR ILS, as published by the Tel – Aviv Stock Exchange. 2. The target of the Fund is to achieve similar results as far as possible the rates of change in the index 3. The Fund Manager intends to act so that the exposure to each of bond included in the index should be as close as possible, to the weight of each of these bonds in the index, but The Fund Manager is not obligated to do so. 4. Exposure to bonds included in the index should not be less than 75% - of the net asset value of the fund. 5. The fund manager shall not buy or create options and future contracts or perform short sales transactions and repurchase agreements. 6. There will be no exposure to shares in the fund. 7. There will be no exposure to foreign currency in the fund. 8 There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds in the fund. "
