1. Exposure to bonds traded in Israel, including certificates of deposit, ILS cash and term deposits together, will not be less than 90%, provided that the exposure to bonds traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to corporate bonds will not be less than 30%. 3. Exposure to asset which are not as specified above, excluding cash, term deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate, will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 3. Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not be limited. 6. There will be no exposure to cash and deposits deposited in banks which are not included in the first credit risk rating group. 7. The fund is a limited fund in foreign securities 8. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion.
