Investment Strategy

This Sub-Fund aims to generate returns by actively managing a portfolio of debt securities and Money Market Instruments issued mainly by companies. It will invest primarily in euro-denominated debt securities and Money Market Instruments from issuers pursuing policies of sustainable development while observing environmental, social and governance principles.

Biography Pieter Heijboer joined Kempen in August 2019. Prior to that, since 2014 he worked as a Senior Investment Strategist & Portfolio Manager for the Chief Investment Office at NN Group N.V., responsible for defining the Investment strategy, performing Strategic asset allocation studies as well as Portfolio construction / oversight on the fixed income part of the General Account portfolios. He started his career in January 2008 at ING Investment Management as a management trainee and worked as a Portfolio Manager in the third-party Euro Credit team from 2009 to 2014. Pieter holds Master’s degrees in Financial Economics (2007, cum laude) and Financial Law (2008), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy of Economics (2013), all from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
