Investment Strategy

1.The average grade of all the bonds to which the fund will be exposed will not be less than A or parallel. 2.The average duration of the bonds and term deposits will not exceed 3 years. 3.Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 4.Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 5.Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 6.Exposure to non-investment grade bonds plus exposure to non-affinity to Israel bonds, will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 7.There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 8.The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion, and he is entitled to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
