The aim of the Sub-Fund is to provide investors with long-term capital growth via a diversified portfolio of actively managed securities and to outperform the STOXX® Europe Small 200 (EUR) Net Return benchmark (the “Index”). The Sub-Fund invests at least 75% of its net assets (excluding cash) in sustainable securities. The Sub-Fund takes account of a wide range of environmental and social characteristics as well as good governance practices. Environmental characteristics include, but are not limited to, climate change mitigation and adaptation measures, water and waste management, and biodiversity; social characteristics include product safety, supply chain, health and safety, and human rights. ESG characteristics are analysed and rated by the Management Company's analysts. The Sub-Fund takes account of sustainability risks and ESG characteristics as part of its selection process.

Biography | Diane Bruno joined Eleva Capital in November 2018 as Portfolio Manager of the Eleva Leaders Small & Mid-Cap Europe Fund. Diane began her career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young before becoming an Analyst at Natexis Bleichroeder. In 2007, Diane moved to the Buy-Side as an Analyst in AXA Investment Managers European Small & Mid Cap team. Two years later she joined Mandarine Gestion launching a European Equity Small & Mid Cap Fund, which she subsequently managed until October 2018. Diane has managed up to €1.1bn in assets, generating an outperformance of more than 70% since the inception of the Fund. In 2015, Diane gained recognition for her performance, being named the ""Best Fund Manager of 2015"", at the AGEFI Forum Gestion d'Actifs. Diane is a graduate of ESCP and holds the CIIA diploma. In 2014, Marie joined Mandarine Gestion to co-manage Small & Mid-Cap Cap European equity Fund alongside Diane Bruno. She also launched and managed an ESG Growth Fund until she left in October 2018.
