The Kaya Capital II Fund is a diversified global investment fund. Its objective is to achieve an average annual return of 2%-3% above Euribor after deduction of fees, costs and expenses, measured over a period of three years at a risk (standard deviation) which is lower than the risk of a balanced portfolio. Therefore, the fund is only suitable for investors with an investment horizon of 3 to 5 years. The Fund diversifies its portfolio by investing in different asset classes (like private equity, equity, hedge funds, fixed income and cash), in general by participating in investment pools focused on a specific asset class.
