Investment Strategy

1. At least 50% of the Fund's total value will be exposed to stocks of clean energy companies as defined below: "Clean Energy" – energy produced by a process that is not accompanied by the emission of pollutants (carbon dioxide). It originates from renewable sources including sunlight, wind, rain, tidal, waves, plants, waste, and geothermal heat or from chemical processes such as electrolysis or nuclear fusion. "Clean Energy Stocks" 3. The exposure rate of the Fund’s assets to foreign currency will not exceed 120% of the Fund's total value in absolute terms. 4. The exposure rate of the Fund's assets to bonds that are not investment grade will not exceed 50% of the Fund's total value. 5. The Fund will create exposure to the credit risk of corporations that belong only to the highest credit risk group.
