Investment Strategy

1. The fund will be managed according to the ISA instructions for running a tracking fund. 2. The fund manager will act to neutralize the exposure to foreign currency so that it will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 3. Exposure to credit risks of all the banking corporates and brokers who are not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 20%. 4. Exposure to credit risk of a banking corporate or a certain broker, who is not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 10%. 5. The total value of foreign securities, foreign options, units of foreign funds, tracking- open-end funds whose benchmark is a foreign index or commodity, and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10%. 6. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his own discretion.
