Investment Strategy

1. The fund's assets will be only assets which can be bought and hold in a money market fund. 2. The average duration of all the fund's assets will not exceed, at any time, 90 days. 3. All the securities in the fund will be ILS denominated securities. 4. All the term deposits and cash in the fund will be in ILS only. 5. The fund manager intends to participate T-Bills issuances. 6. The fund manager intends to include in the fund's assets debt certificates at a considerable rate. 7. There will be no exposure to equities. 8. There will be no exposure to foreign currency. 9. The fund manager will not buy or create for the fund options and futures and will not do short transactions and buy-back transactions. 10. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 11. There will be no exposure to cash and deposits deposited in banks which are not included in the first credit risk rating group.
