Exposure to bonds, including through certificates of deposit, cash and deposits, will not be less than 80% of the net asset value of the fund, provided that the exposure to bonds traded in Israel will not be less than 50%. 2. The average duration of all the assets in the fund will not exceed 3 years. 3. Exposure to equities will not exceed, in absolute value, 20% of the net asset value of the fund. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30% of the net asset value of the fund. 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 30% of the net asset value of the fund. 6. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value. 7. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested according to the sole discretion of the fund manager.
