Investment Strategy

1. The fund will be exposed only to the following assets all or in part: government bonds a/o foreign government bonds with international grading which is not lower than the Israeli grading, A rated corporate bond and up, deposits and cash. 2. At least 75% will be exposed to bonds traded in Israel issued by the state a/o guaranteed by it. 3. Exposure to A rated and up corporate bonds will not be less than 12.5% and will not exceed 25%. 4. Cumulative exposure to other channels which are not bonds traded in Israel issued by the state a/o guaranteed by it, will not exceed 25%. 5. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 6. Exposure foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 7. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 8. The fund will create exposure only to credit risk of banking corporate which are included in the first credit risk group. 9. The rest of the fund's assets will be invested at the absolute discretion of the fund manager.
