Investment Strategy

"1. At least 50% of the net asset value of the Fund shall be exposed to shares traded in the U.S. and / or shares issued by corporations incorporated in the USA. 2. Exposing the fund's assets into shares shall not exceed 120% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. Exposure to foreign currency shall be hedged (reduced) so that such exposure shall be not less than (-25%) and shall not exceed 25% of the net asset value of the fund. 4. Exposing the fund's assets to non-investment grade rated bonds may not exceed 120 % of the net value of its assets. 5. Overall value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign exchange, to be held in the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through foreign stock markets can exceed 10 % of the net value of its assets. 6. Remaining assets of the Fund shall be invested at the sole discretion of the Fund Manager. "
