Investment Strategy

Fondsfinans Aktiv 60/40 is an actively managed fund-of-funds where the funds are invested both directly in securities and in equity and fixed income funds managed by Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning. The fund's capital will normally be invested between 55% and 65% in equities and equity funds both in Norway and globally, and between 35% and 45% in fixed income funds, interest-bearing securities and bank deposits. The fixed income exposure will primarily be in Norwegian corporate bonds with a diversification in credit quality, sectors and maturities. Interest rate risk will usually be low. The fund will actively rebalance within the framework described above and suits an investor who wants a balanced profile. For more information, see the fund's prospectus.

Andreassen has worked in asset management since 2004 and previously worked as Head Portfolio Manager at Sector Asset Management. Andreassen also has experience as a portfolio manager from the Global Healthcare team at Sector Asset Management. Andreassen has been with Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning since 2018.

Biography	Lasse Halvorsen er utdannet Cand.act (aktuar) fra Universitetet i Oslo og har over 40 års erfaring fra finansmarkedene. Han har tidligere jobbet som megler / meglersjef i Fellesbanken i perioden 1972-1979, og aksje- og obligasjonsmegler i Fondsfinans ASA i perioden 1979-2012. Halvorsen begynte i selskapet i 2012.

Biography	Tor Thorsen holds a Master of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. He has also qualified as an fixed income analyst from NFF in 2014. Thorsen has more than 10 years of experience from banking and finance. Thorsen joined Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning in the autumn of 2014.

Biography	Odd Hellem er utdannet siviløkonom fra NHH i 1977. Han har videreutdanning som Autorisert Finansanalytiker (1993), Porteføljeforvaltereksamen NFF (2001) og MBA. Hellem har arbeidet mer enn 30 år i finansmarkedene. Han har tidligere vært ansatt i Kredittilsynet, Christiania Bank og Kreditkassen, samt stiftet og vært viseadministrerende direktør i Finansbanken ASA. Siden 1991 har han vært ansatt og senere partner i Fondsfinans. Hellem har siden 2003 jobbet i Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning.
