Investment Strategy

The EXCALIBUR SANLAM COLLECTIVE INVESTMENTS BALANCED INCOME FUND OF FUNDS is a diversified balanced fund suited to investors who are drawing a regular income and who require reasonable levels of capital growth. This portfolio is suited to investors who are in retirement and are drawing income through a living annuity, or who require a moderate risk, diversified balanced fund. The Manager is cognisant of managing downside risk in this portfolio. Equities will on average range between 30% and 70%. Offshore will typically range from 20% – 40 %. There are no explicit allocation limits on this portfolio for equities or offshore investments. The portfolio is not Regulation 28 compliant. The portfolio aims to achieve its objectives through both income and capital growth.
