Investment Strategy

The fund's objective is to provide its investors with the appreciation of its shares by the investment of funds in the fund vinci cash value fund investments in stocks, hereinafter called the fund invested, enrolled with the CNPJ/MF under No. 14507681/0001-93, administered by the administrator and managed by the management company, which aims to increase the value of its shares by management objective and concentrated stock, warrants, convertible debentures and other securities issued by public companies, seeking obtaining and maximizing capital gains and increase the liquidity of the positions formed through continuous monitoring and participation in the activities of the target companies, encouraging the adoption of corporate governance practices in line with best market practices and driving results.
